Quotation
We will provide fixed pricing unless specified, no hidden costs so no surprises. We will provide you with a contract to sign and require legal deposit amount once you accept the quotation.
Approvals
Any council approval process required will be processed before commencement of works, we can do this for you for a fee or you can acquire approvals by nominating yourself as owner-builder, this will significantly lower your costs.
Construction Management
We are specialised in construction project management, we can help you organise the trades and make sure quality results are achieved from the trades. Our goal is to achieve your initial design and other requirements you expect.
Gordon Park
Born in South Korea, Gordon has over 20 years of experience as professional carpenter/builder. Gordon have completed numerous residential new builds, renovations, extensions, commercial fit-outs, government social and defence housing restorations with various companies and various teams in Sydney over the years. Since establishing P & P Construction company in 2016, the goal was to make construction process easy and painless for regular customers. Providing clear quote, time frame and delivering them as promised have been our first priority since day one.
